Cisco OSPFv3 AF Authentication Fixed!

OSPFv3 AF Authentication is finally fixed!

Unless you are a regular follower of this blog, you may not have heard that Cisco’s OSPFv3 with Address Families (AF) Authentication support was broken.  By broken I mean it took down OSPFv3 adjacencies.  Not good.  Read here for that article.  Anyway, I have been using the IOS-XE version 3.10.01S for about 2 months now on a production network with authentication enabled and not a single issue.  So if you are reading this: IOS-XE 3.10.01S is the fixed version.  If you use OPSFv3 AF and have an ASR don’t use anything less than 3.10.01S.  Thanks for reading!
